We had to pay for Wi-Fi by the day, and even had to pay for computer usage. Getting towels was a challenge, and the customer service was horrible. The water drainage in the tub and sink was problematic, with slow water flow. On the plus side, the all-inclusive feature delivered free food and drinks, but the food quality was subpar, leading us to seek better options outside the resort. The best parts were the pool, the beach view, and the drinks.
