My stay at the hotel fell short of my expectations. The rooms were not as clean as I had hoped for, lacked storage space for clothes, and were missing essential amenities like an iron and an ice machine. Additionally, paying for basics like Wi-Fi and computer usage felt inconvenient. On the bright side, the all-inclusive feature lived up to its promise with complimentary food and drinks, although the quality was not impressive. The redeeming qualities were the pool, beach view, and decent drinks.
